Each year we add assistant coordinators to our growing coordination team to work on wedding days. All of our senior and junior planners start in this role and move up. Jobs

One on one mentorships are available for experienced wedding planners looking to grow their business. We cover a variety of topics including team operations, hiring, training, business budget forecasting and management, marketing and expanding in local market. Personalized and guided feedback is provided for you based on business growing exercises that will help you organize and scale your wedding planning operation. The overall goal is growing your business so you can manage it rather than working in it 100%.  

Acceptance for this program based on availability and cost is custom based on business.

Valarie, founder of Kirkbrides, created Kirkbrides Wedding Planning Workshops as a unique learning experience designed to help those interested in wedding planning learn the ins and outs of this exciting career from experienced professionals.   A constant stream of inquiries from aspiring planners requesting to shadow and learn this exciting and growing career has shown the demand for this type of program in the Cleveland area.  Our classes teach you how to master the creative and technical skills needed to succeed as a professional wedding planner.
